This XV-century stemma is the guardian emblem of the town's baptismal font and Sacred Milk relic, both currently housed in the ancient St. Lawrence Collegiate Church of Montevarchi. Today our trademark, this centuries-old symbol recalls a love for those things genuine and true, and a respect for our origins. It is an homage to the art and history of this region, as well as to the taste and excellence of artisan processing of the very best ingredients, which can be discovered each day in the flavors and fragrances of Bonci pastries and confections.

Every family-run business has its own history of special figures, anecdotes and experiences representing a veritable treasure to be carefully guarded and passed on from generation to generation. The history of Bonci Pastries began in Montevarchi, in 1953, with Giuseppe “Beppe”, its founder, and his brother, Gino, who built a solid foundation of experience and knowledge that today still firmly supports the family business. For three generations, the hard work of “Nonno Beppe” has provided the continuity and strength that has enabled us to constantly look towards the future. |
